You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to use reducr.

reducr may offer a refundable deposit to reserve priority access to the reducr product.

Deposits are charged in USD as the base currency. If your payment method uses another currency, your payment provider may apply conversion rates and fees.

The exact deposit amount and checkout details are presented at checkout before payment.

If reducr is not delivered within 60 days from the date your deposit is successfully paid, your deposit is eligible for a full refund.

For these Terms, delivered means reducr has been made available to you in a materially usable form.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times can vary by bank and payment provider.

Paid reservations may determine your waitlist position and release priority.

Unless otherwise specified, priority is generally processed by paid reservation order, subject to operational constraints, regional availability, abuse prevention checks, and legal requirements.

You are responsible for taxes, duties, and other governmental charges applicable in your jurisdiction unless we are required to collect and remit them.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use fraudulent methods to manipulate reservations or payments.

All content, branding, software, and materials in reducr are owned by reducr or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, reducr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, reducr and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post an updated date and provide additional notice when required by law.
